2. The Collaboration

Le Vin Decor was honored to collaborate with Meta Djinn on the office interior design project in Tan Binh – the company’s headquarters. The project aimed to create a workspace that:

• Creative and inspiring for game programming and development.
• Optimizes operational efficiency and team collaboration.
• Connects the young, dynamic team.
• Embodies Meta Djinn’s groundbreaking technological spirit.

3. Meta Djinn Office Design Process – Tan Binh

Step 1: Information Gathering and Site Survey

Ivestor information: The worskspace is require to have technology theme – creative, flexible and program function active

Site survey: The office located in the modern building at Tan Binh, shape spuare, attach with natural light.

Usage needs: Main spaces included program department, desinger, marketing, meetings, resting area and game experiment area.

Step 2: Plan layout proposal and design concept

Overall Layout Plan:

• Workspaces clustered by project team.
• Flexible modular glass meeting rooms.
• Soundproofed game testing studio area.
• Relaxation/chill zone with beanbags and idea boards.
• Creative pantry, integrating a reading and coffee area.

Theme Design Concept:

• Reception area with game logo
• Open workspace mobile cabinet system and board idea
• Workspace “Game Testing” noise canceling, black ceiling, and RGB LED light.
• Relaxation area with warm and creative atmosphere.

Step 3: Detailed Design Implementation

• Detailed Construction Drawings: Including exposed technical ceilings, smart lighting, and flexible desk layouts.
• Smart Interior Design:
  • Work desks with fast charging ports.
  • Ergonomic chairs for programmers.
  • Modular meeting areas with modern projection systems.
• Space Solution Consulting: Limiting rigid partitions to enhance team communication. Multi-functional spaces integrated for both relaxation and brainstorming.

Step 4: Material Approval and Construction Dossier Preparation

Full Technical Dossier:

• Detailed drawings of each area: main workspace, testing area, reception lobby, pantry.
• Technical description of electrical – network – HVAC – lighting systems.

Presentation of Actual Material Samples:

• Fabric acoustic panels, effect paint, RGB LED lights, high-end office chairs, soundproof carpets.

Detailed Quotation: For each item with two budget options, ensuring cost optimization while maintaining quality and aesthetics.

Step 5: Supervision and Handover

• Design – Construction Supervision: Le Vin Decor accompanied the project from implementation to completion, coordinating with M&E contractors and the building management.
• On-Time Handover: The project was handed over after 3 weeks of construction, ready for operation as planned.
• Feedback from Meta Djinn: Presenter from Meta Djinn highly rate the design quality, flexibility and creativity to Levin Decor in the entire project
