The company owns a 4,500m² modern furniture manufacturing facility in Cu Chi, equipped with state-of-the-art European machinery.

The Levin Decor office project in District 12 is a showcase of the company’s vision for modern office design. As the headquarters of the company, it also serves as a live showroom — offering clients and partners a hands-on experience of the contemporary solutions Levin Decor designs, produces, and executes.

This workspace not only supports daily operations but also functions as a “living furniture showroom,” where visitors can explore the real-life application of the firm’s innovative design concepts.

3. Office Design Process – Levin Decor, District 12

Step 1: Site Survey and Needs Analysis

  • Total area: Over 700m², occupying the entire first floor of the Levin Building — a property owned by Levin Decor.

  • Functional requirements: Open-plan working area, meeting room, executive office, creative room, guest reception area, pantry, and material/product display zone.

  • Design style: Modern, creative, friendly — reflecting the professionalism, dynamism, and aesthetic standards of the Levin team.

Step 2: Layout Planning and Concept Development

  • Zoning layout:

    • A spacious reception with a large LED screen displaying featured projects.

    • Open-plan workspace with modular zones and semi-private areas tailored to each department.

    • A 12-seat glass meeting room with acoustic partitions and a smart conference table.

    • A creative room with writable walls, high ceilings, and abundant natural light.

    • Pantry–café area designed for relaxation and informal meetings.

  • Concept highlights:

    • Theme: “Modern Office – Living Showroom”

    • Style: Modern with semi-industrial elements (e.g., exposed technical ceiling)

    • Color palette: White – Wood – Green (Levin Decor’s brand color)

    • Key design features: Veneer wood cabinetry, illuminated logo signage, raw concrete ceilings with spotlight tracks

    • Furniture: 100% produced in-house at the Levin Decor factory for consistent quality and style

Step 3: Detailed Design & Material Selection

  • Technical drawings: Complete set including ceiling, flooring, walls, furniture, and MEP coordination.

  • Utility details: Integrated floor outlets, focused lighting, safety glass partitions for visual openness and acoustic separation.

  • Materials used:

    • An Cuong engineered wood with melamine/laminate finish

    • Korean-imported acoustic fabric panels

    • Ergonomic chairs and smart desks with wireless charging

    • Strategically placed greenery to create visual comfort

    • Energy-efficient lighting systems throughout

Step 4: Construction & On-site Supervision

  • Construction team: Directly executed by Levin Decor’s in-house production and installation crews.

  • Timeline: 45 days from the approval of final designs and material samples.

  • Finishing quality: Precision and craftsmanship down to every joint, trim, and custom cabinet detail.

  • Special notes: All desk and furniture modules are manufactured as standard reference samples — used for future client demonstrations and proposals.
