Menchuen learned about Le Vin Decor through highly acclaimed factory and office interior construction projects in Dong Nai and neighboring provinces. After thoroughly researching Le Vin Decor’s capabilities and working style, Menchuen decided to collaborate on the design and construction of their factory project at Giang Dien Industrial Park. 3. Office – Menchuen Factory Interior Design Process

Step 1: Information Reception and Current Site Survey

• Information Reception: We listened to Menchuen’s specific desires and requirements for a modern, friendly office and factory space that prioritizes safety and operational convenience.
• Current Site Survey: Le Vin Decor’s team directly surveyed the existing premises, factory structure, and related technical elements.
• Needs Research: We analyzed Menchuen’s operational model, departments, and production processes to gain a deep understanding of their space utilization goals.
• Design Orientation Board: All information was compiled into a design orientation board, serving as the basis for the next implementation steps.

Step 2: Needs Analysis and Preliminary Design Proposal

A preliminary design was prepared, including:

• Layout Plan: Clearly demarcating office workspaces, meeting rooms, executive areas, pantries, and factory utilities.
• Concept Idea: Developing a modern design style, using neutral tones combined with accent colors representing Menchuen’s brand identity.
• Preliminary Design Adjustment: Close communication with Menchuen was maintained to receive feedback and adjust the layout and concept until an optimal solution was finalized.

Step 3: Adjustment and Detailed Design Development

• Detailed Design Implementation for Each Area: Detailed technical drawings were created for both the office and production areas.
• 3D Perspective Design: Vivid 3D perspectives were rendered to clearly illustrate the actual space, helping Menchuen easily visualize it.
• Design Adjustment: Adjustments were made based on the investor’s requirements to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
• Completion of Design Dossier: The complete technical design dossier was finalized and prepared for the construction phase.

Step 4: Construction Dossier Deployment

The technical construction dossier was deployed, including:

• Office Furniture: Desks, chairs, cabinets, partitions, and storage systems optimizing space.
• Fit-out: Construction of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and related to building items
• M&E: Electrical, air conditioning, network, lighting, and fire protection systems ensuring safety and efficient use.
