After understanding the condition, we progressing needs research to ensure the desgin will meet the right goals and Thien long require and suggestions.

We continuously by research needs to ensuring every design reflecting right goals and Thien Long needs. Levin Decor suggest preliminary design, including plan layout and content ideas as an basis and adjust for discusstion with investor to reach consensus.

Adjust Design and Detail Implenmentation.

We procceding to adjust preliminary design base on Thien Long requires and needs. After that, Levin Decor starting process detail implenmentation, including research and design detail implenmentation, 3D perspective and 3d design adjustment to ensure perfection and compathbility with projects target.

Deploy construction document

Construction document is a importance step to turn project into reality. Levin Decor implenmentation construction technology document, including interior office, fitout, M&E and complete construction document to ensure consistency and confront blueprint.

Handover

Finally, after complete project, Levin Decor procceding design – construction document handover, volume table by – estimate, Spec material table (if any) Thien Long. We are conducting author supervision to ensure quality and construction compliance, while ensure Thien Long satistification with final result. All these steps contribute to the design and implenmentaion process in a sucess and effective way.
