1. Investor introduction

Sunjin Vina is a 100% Korean-owned enterprise specializing in the production and distribution of livestock feed for pigs, chickens, ducks, and aquatic animals. With the vision of becoming a leading brand in Vietnam’s livestock industry, Sunjin Vina continuously invests in modern factories, advanced nutrition technologies, and a team of experienced experts.

In Vietnam, Sunjin Vina operates a network of factories stretching from North to South, ensuring stable and efficient supply capacity for the domestic livestock market.

2. The Collaboration

Le Vin Decor was honored to be selected by Sunjin Vina to design and build their office interior in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City—home to the company’s Southern regional headquarters.

With the desire to elevate its brand image and build a professional, friendly, and high-performance work environment, Sunjin Vina had high expectations for Le Vin Decor’s strategic design solutions.

3. Design Process for Sunjin Vina Office – District 2

Step 1: Site Survey & Needs Analysis

• Office area: Approximately 400m²

• Location: Office building in Thu Thiem area, District 2 (now Thu Duc City)

• Functional requirements: Open workspace, executive management area, meeting room, pantry, document storage, and reception lobby

• Design expectations: Neat and scientific layout reflecting Korean professionalism, with a touch of warmth and flexibility in the working environment

Step 2: Layout Development & Design Concept

Space Planning:

• Entrance: Modern reception area with a standout Sunjin Vina logo sign

• Open workspace: Modular desk clusters with semi-private partitions

• Executive offices: Private rooms with glass partitions and roller blinds for flexibility

• Meeting room: Centrally located with frosted glass for privacy and openness

• Pantry & break area: Cozy mini café-style space at the rear of the office

Design Concept:

• Theme: “Professional – Solid – Friendly”

• Color palette: White – gray – light wood tones, with red accents reflecting the Sunjin logo

• Materials:

  • High-quality melamine-coated industrial wood

  • Tempered glass partitions with black aluminum frames

  • Flat gypsum ceiling with modern LED panel lighting

  • Spotlights for reception and meeting room emphasis

Key Design Highlights:

• Reception desk clad in stone with backlit acrylic logo

• Wall-mounted storage cabinets to optimize space

• Green wall feature in pantry to create visual focus and relaxation

Step 3: Detailed Design & Turnkey Construction

Technical Design:

• 3D visualizations of all key spaces

• Full construction documents covering: electrical, ceiling, flooring, partitions, furniture, and lighting

• Final material selections confirmed with the client prior to fabrication

Turnkey Construction:

• Le Vin Decor managed the entire process from furniture production at the Cu Chi workshop to on-site installation

• Quality monitored under Le Vin’s internal ISO standards

• Handover timeline: 30 working days from design approval
