3. Chicilon Media interior office design.

Step 1 information gathering and sit survey

• Information gathering: Chicilon’s previous office had detoriated, and the layout no longer suitted current operational needs.  Therefore our target is to upgrade our images, optimize functionality, and reinforce, brand indenity.
• Site survey: The office is located in a prime area district 1, Ho Chi Minh City. While is limited, it offers location advantages. Therefore flexibility, space-saving solutions, and enhance connectivity.
• Needs analysis: The office need to inclued shared working area, reception, directior’s room, pantry and branding display zone. Additional, Chicilon also emphasized in an inspiring and dynamic enviroment
• Preliminary design brief: Levin Decor complied all clients expectations into a initial design tool – is to serving as foundation for developing concrete proposals.

Step 2: Needs analysis and conceptual design

Preliminary design

• Layout plant: Optimize staff  scientisifc division of open space and private areas. Branding area placed right at reception to increase brand indenity.
• Ideas concept: Modern minimal style combined white Chicilon Media colors scheme ( red- white-black) to creating strong and highlight indenity.  Inspired by Korean–Japanese media office models, emphasizing lighting and modular furniture.
• Concept adjustment: After presenting the initial proposal, Le Vin received positive feedback with requests to revise the meeting room layout and reception desk design.

Step 3: Detail desgin development and adjustment

• Detail design implement: Function areas develop in term of materials, color, convenient and reality construction ability, The division of areas ensure privacy for the board of director’s while creating opness for employee.
• 3D Visual design: Le Vin Decor delivered realistic 3D renders of the entire space, from workstations to pantry and reception, accurately reflecting the spirit of a professional, youthful, and modern media firm.
• 3D Design adjustment: Chicilon requested additional branding features on glass partitions and simplification of certain materials to better fit the project budget.
• Final design: The full design package included master layouts, detailed finishing drawings (wall–floor–ceiling), color boards, and a curated material selection list.

Step 4 Construction documentation implemented

Le Vin Decor continued to manage the full-scope interior construction for the Chicilon Media office project:

Technical document included:

• Office interior: modular empoyee desk, storage cabinets, reception, signage, and room meetings
• Fitout: ceiling refurbisment, new floor installation, glass paritions and decorative wall
• M&E: Coordination of lighting, electrical outlets, recessed fixtures, air conditioning, CCTV, and fire protection—all compliant with high-rise office standards in central District 1.
• Construction documentation: Every drawing and detail was double-checked for consistency, feasibility, and adherence to the project timeline.

Setp 5: Handover and supervision

• Document handover design – construction: Le Vin Decor delivered all original drawings, technical layouts, 3D visuals, and final revision files to Chicilon Media.
• Bill of quantities – estimate (if applicable) ; Transparent each cost and category, help Chicolon management budget easily
• Spec table of materials (if applicable) : Tone colors, code materials, type were directly attched to invester to have a view of construction.
• Author supervision: Levin Decor technician tracking construction regularly, ensuring construction alignes with design, construction always meets it quality.
