Step 1: information gathering and site survey

Information gathering: Levin Decor receive design request from CNI representative, therefore highlights necessary a professinal working space, scientific organize, modern, accurately reflect business spirit.

Site survey: Technician team procceding survey directly at the office in Phu Nhuan, to have a view of area records structure, technical system and other relate factors

Needs research: Analysis internal operating procedure, technical specification of each part, while considering expand factor in the future

Preliminary design brief: all collective data synthezied into a clear design orientation document to guide the concept development.

Step 2: Analysis needs and conceptual preliminary desgin

Preliminary design include:

Layout plant: Smartly zone out workspace such as technical areas, management area, meeting area, director’s office, shard room.

Design concept: Stable modern – indsutrial design style, with raw material such as steel, faux concrete , medium color ( gray – black – white), combine green area to balance space.

Adjust preliminary design: Levin Decor continuously exchange with CNI team to refine the layout and design, ensuring alignment with practical needs and company culture.

Step 3: Detail adjustment and development design.

Implement detail drawings: Detailed construction documents were prepared for each area, with special focus on zones involving technical operations.

3D Visual design: Full 3D renderings allowed CNI to visualize the entire layout and design language.

Detail Adjustments: Materials, colors, and layouts were refined meticulously based on CNI’s feedback to ensure precision.

Final Design Package: All design documents were finalized and ready for construction implementation.

Step 4 Construction document & implementation

• Construction Documents Included:

  • Office Furniture: Custom-designed desks, partitions, and storage units built to technical standards using sustainable materials.

  • Fit-Out Elements: Exposed technical ceilings, industrial-grade vinyl flooring, steel-framed glass partitions.
