Aliat is a law firm specializing in legal consulting services in areas such as corporate law, contracts, investments, dispute resolution, and intellectual property. With a vision to build a professional and modern image while creating an efficient working environment for its legal team, Aliat aimed to own an office space that reflects brand prestige and inspires creativity.
2. The Story of Collaboration
Aliat discovered Le Vin Decor through prominent office design and build projects in Ho Chi Minh City. After thoroughly researching Le Vin Decor’s capabilities and working style, Aliat selected them as the partner to design and implement the complete office interior for its District 2 branch. The collaboration was built on a shared design mindset: meticulous, professional, and creatively driven.
3. Aliat Office Design Process
Step 1: Information Gathering and Site Survey
Requirement Intake: Le Vin Decor listened to Aliat’s expectations for a luxurious workspace with a strong legal identity, while still feeling approachable and creative—suitable for both client meetings and internal collaboration.
On-Site Survey: The technical team visited the office space in District 2 to assess dimensions, layout, and infrastructure.
Needs Analysis: Functional areas were analyzed, including the lawyers’ workstations, confidential meeting rooms, client reception areas, and administrative spaces.
Initial Design Brief: All insights were consolidated into a preliminary design guideline document.
Step 2: Needs Analysis and Preliminary Design Proposal
Preliminary Design Included:
Layout Plan: Smart zoning of open workspaces, meeting rooms, private reception areas, and supporting spaces such as pantry and file storage.
Design Concept: A modern, professional style with neutral tones such as gray, black, and white, accented with wood elements to evoke stability and trust.
Design Revisions: Levin Decor continuously update the design base on Aliat’s feedback to tailor it to the law firm operational .
Step 3: Adjustment and Design Detail Developmetn
Design detail implenmentation: Technical drawing were complete for each space, clear sector, especial area requiring high confidentialy such as lawyer mettings.
3D background design: Building background provided investor view of the project when its done.
Desing adjustments: Every details was refine, ready for constructin stage.
Step 4: Construction Document implenmentation:
Construction document included:
Interior office: Materials, colors and interior styles alignes with professional working enviroment.
Fitout: ceiling wall, root, wall, door system were implemented with soundproofing and visual aesthetic is in mind
M&E: Electric, network, light, air-condition systems and fire protection orgainize perfection according to standard
Final document: Ensuring detail, easy to implement and aligements with original design.
Step 5: Handover and project supervision.
Design and construction profile handover: All finalized and documentation were handover for the investor
Bill of Quantities & Cost Estimates: Detailed breakdowns helped the client manage the project budget effectively.
Material Specification Samples: Assisted Aliat in selecting materials that met both budget and aesthetic expectations.
Author Supervision: Le Vin Decor remained actively involved throughout construction to ensure the project quality met the agreed design standards.
