Le Vin Decor is honored to be the interior design partner for FPT’s regional office in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City — a strategic hub in Southern Vietnam. The project aims to create a workplace that is:

3. FPT Office Design Process – District 7

Step 1: Briefing and Site Survey

• Client Requirements: An open, modern space that integrates technology and creativity, reflecting FPT’s pioneering spirit.

• Site Survey: Located in a premium-grade office tower in District 7, the site offers expansive floor areas and international-standard infrastructure.

• Functional Needs: A regional executive office housing departments such as Engineering, HR, Sales, Content Creation, and Multi-purpose Spaces.

• Initial Design Direction: A flexible layout, open workspaces, tech integration, and brand-aligned colors (orange – blue – white).

Step 2: Layout Planning & Concept Design

Proposed Layout:

• Open work zones grouped by function

• Flexible glass meeting rooms (expandable/partitionable)

• Innovation Lab and creative breakout spaces

• Pantry combined with a café-inspired workshop area

Design Concept:

• Theme: Tech-Innovation Workplace – a space that inspires innovation and embodies FPT’s visionary mindset

• Color Palette: Dominated by FPT’s signature orange, combined with cobalt blue and tech gray

• Style: Modern minimalist with geometric forms, inspired by technology, coding, and AI

• Materials: Glass, epoxy paint, acoustic carpets, engineered veneer, fabric acoustic panels, smart lighting systems

3D Concept Highlights:

• Reception with 3D FPT logo and dynamic color-changing lighting

• Open workspace with exposed technical ceiling and linear lighting

• Creative zone with writable walls, pinboards, and modular storage

Step 3: Detailed Design Development

• Technical Drawings: Including ceilings, flooring, partitions, electrical/data systems, built-in and loose furniture

• Smart Furniture Solutions:

  • Work desks with integrated charging ports and smart-adjustable desk lamps

  • Concealed power/data cabinets for easy maintenance

• Space Optimization Consultation: Clear zoning for functional areas while maintaining visual openness and team connectivity
